Microphone test

This checks whether your phone's browser can keep recording in different situations. It takes about four minutes.

What happens

You'll be asked to talk out loud while the page listens, and to do a few simple things with your phone — turn the screen off, switch apps. The page tells you exactly what to do at each step.

  1. Nothing is saved or sent anywhere automatically.
  2. At the end you'll get a short result to send to Matt.
  3. Please do this somewhere reasonably quiet.
